Egypt Adventure Tour 21st Nov - 5th Dec

Travel from Cairo to Aswan on a unique paramotor expedition through Egypt. We're teaming up with Skysports Egypt and Skyschool to bring you a whole new adventure. Rather than staying in one location, this adventure follows a changing route south through Egypt. We will combine cross-country flying, desert camping, historic sites and the landscapes of the River Nile. The journey begins around Cairo, Giza and Saqqara before heading towards Lake Qarun and the Fayoum desert. Planned flights include a 75km cross-country route from Saqqara, followed by desert flying, remote camping and a 4x4 journey through the dunes. From Fayoum, we continue south towards Qena and Dendera before reaching Luxor and Esna. Along the way, we will experience open desert, fertile farmland, traditional villages, ancient temples and sections of the Nile that few pilots ever have the opportunity to explore. We will finish the adventure in Aswan before heading back to Luxor. Our support vehicles will transport luggage and equipment between locations. The route will remain flexible so we can choose the best flying opportunities based on the weather, local permissions and conditions. What You Need to Do The adventure price covers shared hotel and camping accommodation, ground transport, flying support and airport transfers. For the nights we stay in a hotel you can opt to have your own room. You will need to book flights. You will also need suitable paramotoring travel insurance and flying equipment that is serviced and in good condition (renting is an option) . Optional Extras Non-flying partners and friends may be able to join the expedition and experience the sightseeing, desert and Nile sections from the ground. Optional activities may include sightseeing tours, a Nile cruise, single-room upgrades and equipment hire. Availability and additional costs must be confirmed before booking.
